Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of pickup for a 50% refund. No refund is available once the scheduled pickup time has passed.

Security deposit

Refundable security deposits are returned within 48 hours of the vehicle being returned, subject to inspection for damage, fines, or outstanding charges.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
